What Does It Look Like Inside GameStop’s Refurbishment Center?

GameStop’s used game market is big business. As such, they need a hub of activity for testing the traded-in consoles, games, and various other objects. What does it look like inside?

Well, a series of photos taken by the Dallas Morning News shows us exactly that. The warehouse is full of consoles being tested in huge batches, as well as plenty of scratched-up discs.

It’s an interesting look into the business of selling second hand items. It seems to be a fairly rigorous process, which is a good thing- here in the UK, I’ve seen discs for sale that are so scratched up you’d think they’d been tested in a blender, not an Xbox.

Really interesting picture! The consoles are quite old though. Thank you.
