New Borderlands DLC leaked: Are You Ready For Some Claptrap?

Earlier this week, Gearbox forum member Legendrew raided a recent PC patch and discovered a file containing extensive plot and character details for upcoming still unannounced Borderlands DLC.  He then did what any red-blooded fanboy would do, and exposed it on the forums.

Unexpectedly, Gearbox did not retaliate.  Legendrew’s post and thread were not deleated, nor did anyone try to refute or deny what he exposed. Gearbox Software president Randy Pitchford made these statements:

There are a few things there, but I think it’s like reading a draft of a script for a movie that hasn’t even been announced yet, let alone launched – yeah you might learn something, but it’s not the real thing and it could just drive you crazy thinking about it.

Sounds like someone was caught with their pants down.
What was exposed you might ask?  I’m not going to go to specifics although I kinda gave away some details with the title.  If you want to know more, check the forums.  Expect a Claptrap Heavy plot with dozens of new types of Claptrap plus a few re-animated old friends.
