VANQUISH Downloadable Demo “Velocity Attack” Available 8/31
SEGA has officially announced a downloadable VANQUISH Demo that will be available August 31 in North America and September 1st for Europe on Xbox Live and the PlayStation Network. The official Demo named “Velocity Attack” will feature 2 levels of difficulty (casual and normal).
In VANQUISH: Velocity Attack, players take the role of a government agent in a high tech battle suit fighting on a Russian Spacestation with a plethora of weapons and upgrades at their disposal. Players will be able to boost abilities and jack enemy “Walkers”. The Demo concludes with a boss fight against a powerful enemy boss named Argus who promises to force players to use all skills and abilities available.
VANQUISH has garnered praise in it’s effort to create a Japanese/Western hybrid style shooter with blazing mech action and a working cover system. Gamers can look forward to it’s official release in North America on October 19.
