Fallout: New Vegas Patch Includes Over 200 Fixes

Fallout: New Vegas is a very buggy game, but many of these bugs can be overlooked since they don’t create enough of a nuisance to ruin the experience.  A patch for the game was released this morning for the PC, 360 and PS3, meaning you will encounter a lot less issues.

Bethesda hasn’t issued a complete list of the patch’s fixes, but did comment on their forums claiming the update contains over a “200 fixes in all.”

Users that have installed the patch are still encountering game freezes and small bugs, so expect this patch to be one of many until the game is almost perfect.

      You can’t modify the weathered 10mm pistol from the classic pack without the textures disappearing. You need a special mod to fix that temporarily.

      Its a bug. You can modify it if you install the mod. :-)

    Today this buggy p. o. s. rebooted my ps3 all on its own. Mid quest. Save early and often assuming the save files don’t corrupt.

    yeah, 200 fixs…. STILL didnt fix the DLC ERROR! for the 2nd time i got the DLC error, on 6 of my past saves, this is nonsense, FIX THE LOAD ERROR FIRST!

    I play Fallout New Vegas and I absolutely love it, however I don’t have XBOX Live. Recently I have been plagued by the DLC no-load issue. Will i be able to download patches that will fix the problem even though I don’t have XBOX live? or am I completely screwed without Live?

    I understand everyones upset, but with a game this big theres bound to be problems they didn’t see, I’ve heard so many glitches that only happen, as an example; while climbing a mountain, facing south at 10:56pm game time shooting laser rifle and jumping while being attacked by a death claw and my laser rifle was at 59% durability and I was wearing Leather armor and no hat and my characters hair is bright green cause I thought that would be cool and my companions where Boone but using his machete and ED-e after I finished his quest and upgraded his damage I fell through the floor. BUT if someone else went there without the laser rifle it would never happen, the engines old, the game has too much content,stop complaining they’re trying to fix it.
