A2M Changes Name to Behaviour Interactive; Wet 2 and Naughty Bear 2 Confirmed

Developer A2M has changed its name to Behaviour Interactive. Under their new name, the company has unveiled plans for a few new sequels to recently release games. Despite not doing so hot with critics and sales, Wet 2 and Naughty Bear 2 are  multi-platform titles in development. Behaviour Interactive is 400 workers strong and hopes to tackle these upcoming titles along with some unannounced ones.

A press release was sent out this morning with CEO Remi Racine explaining the change in company name:

“We are and will always strive to be the best and most trusted independent game development studio in the industry. The change in name is not only a return to our previous name but also an indicator of the evolution of our company. We have developed a strong reputation as a high-quality work-for-hire studio as well as a creator of our own original content and will continue to pursue both sides of the business. The new name reflects the renaissance of the company.”

Wet was a really cool idea, but totally unpolished and needed something to fix the redundant gameplay. I haven’t payed Naughty Bear, but haven’t heard good things. I wish the best for Behaviour Interactive and how they can take some more time into the titles and make them truly great.
