PETA’s Tofu Boy Being Added to Super Meat Boy PC Today (Update)
If you read the internets, like I know some of you do, you might’ve read of Super Tofu Boy, PETA’s parody of Super Meat Boy, and Team Meat’s responses. Now it looks like Team Meat may have the last laugh. According to their Twitter, they’re adding the parody character into the PC version of their game.
“Attention internets!: Just finished animating Tofu Boy, he will be playable in the next update via code (update coming tomorrow)”
“Tofu Boy will be exclusive to PC, we cant update XBLA like we can on steam, so its not possible”
Bam! Team Meat 1, PETA 0. Well, I guess PETA has 1 because they threw the first punch, but “Team Meat 1, PETA 1″ sounds really boring. So if you own the PC version of SMB, keep your eyes open for today’s update!
UPDATE: According to Team Meat:
“Steam Update incoming Tofu Boy is playable by typing “petaphile” at the character select Hes awesome…seems a bit malnourished though.”
