Mass Effect 3 Confirmed: Trailer Reveals Reapers’ Return

BioWare has finally revealed the first teaser trailer for Mass Effect 3, depicting a hellish scene of the reapers laying waste to the surface of the earth. A lone soldier struggles to save the last remaining civilians, hoping for Shepard’s swift return to his home planet.

The images in the trailer coincide perfectly with EA’s “leaked” game description this week.”

EDIT: Character featured in trailer MAY be Shepard’s replacement if player fails to stay alive during the suicide mission. For now, this is speculation.
