Crysis 2 Multiplayer Demo Coming to Xbox 360 January 25th (Trailer)
The game that set the benchmark for PCs worldwide is finally getting its sequel. The multiplayer demo for Crysis 2, exclusive to Xbox 360 gold members, pits players in a 6 on 6 match full of, well, death. The demo will feature the map “Skyline” and will feature 2 multiplayer modes: “Team Instant Action” and “Crash Site.”
In Instant Action players try to kill as many opponents to reach higher ranks. In Crash Site, players will fight for alien drop pods, earning points by guarding their pods and fending off opposing players.
The retail version of Crysis 2 multiplayer will include six gameplay modes and 12 maps set across locations in New York City. Throughout the campaign, players can earn up to 50 multiplayer ranks and a variety of different upgrades to their weapons and their Nanosuits.
For those who are frothing at the mouth, hopefully this trailer can hold you over until January 25th.
Crysis 2 will release on March 22nd and will be available on PC, Xbox 360, and PS3.
