3DS eShop, Internet Browser and DSiWare Transfers Coming in May

Nintendo President Satoru Iwata has revealed some new information about when we can expect several key 3DS updates.  In Nintendo’s Third Quarter Financial Results Briefing Iwata reveals that the Nintendo 3DS eShop, 3DS Internet Browser, and DSiWare transfers to 3DS will be coming out “late May” in Japan and, “at almost the same time around the world.”

The Nintendo eShop will allow 3DS owners to download Virtual Console games, new software, DSiWare titles, game trailers, and software demos.  Nintendo also plans to release titles on the eShop that they are calling, “3D Classics”, which promises to give classic games a new 3D look!
