Yes, A Michael Phelps Swimming Simulator is Coming to Kinect (Video/Screens)

Michael Phelps and 505 Games are teaming up to create a brand new swimming simulator for the Kinect. The concept is just as far-fetched as it sounds.

The game features Michael Phelps training and even competing against players as they strive to learn some of the techniques that have made Michael Phelps the most dominant swimmer ever. While this all sounds well and good, we don’t know how well the game will work or even how you will play. Will players be required to sprawl out on the floor and flail wildly or will the simulation use less than realistic swimming movements?

Whatever happens with Push the Limit, you can bet that anyone playing it will instantly look ridiculous. Imagine walking in the house to find your significant other swimming on the living room carpet, especially if the TV isn’t even on. You may want to call a doctor.
