Dungeon Siege III Has “Insane” Shadow Quality Settings

So, I’m getting into my review copy of DS III and being a PC gamer the first thing I always do is check out the video settings.  Every other video setting in Obsidian‘s latest dice rolling slashfest goes from Low to High… however, the shadow settings go all the way up to 11, baby.

I’ve already told you how Dungeon Siege III is a polished and bug-free Obsidian RPG, but that was before I ever played it on PC.  Not only is it polished, bug free, and so far a ton of fun – it’s also downright gorgeous at max settings and makes awesome use of these “Insane” shadow quality settings.

Stay tuned for my full review in a few days, hopefully I’ll still feel the same way about the game by then.

I noticed the Insane graphics option but it didn’t do much?
I ran this game’s demo on max with 60% GPU usage with a 460GTX at 850mhz. (1680×1050)Don’t get me wrong it looks oke, however its not as insane as it advertises its self.
