Yesterday we reported the announcement of Ubisoft’s Online pass system, “Uplay Passport”. Which will charge gamers a one time fee for purchasing any future online-enabled Ubisoft products.

Ubisoft has confirmed the pass will charge gamers a one time fee of $9.99 to access online features. By purchasing the game new you will find a one-time use registration code labeled inside the box to enable multiplayer modes and “exclusive content”.

The first game to utilize this online pass will be DRIVER: San Francisco when it launches on August 30th.
