Gotham City Impostors Priced, Dated and With Trailer
Out of all the genres for Batman to get into, a first person shooter would probably be one of the last things you’d expect. But, here’s Gotham City Imposters, a 12-player online shooter where you play on the side of the Dark Knight or his nemesis, the Joker. After months of being under the radar, there’s finally some news about this downloadable shooter–namely when we can expect it and for how much.
The Monolith developed shooter will launch in the winter of 2012 for $15 on the Playstation Network and 1200 Microsoft Points on the Xbox 360. That’s quite a ways off, especially since this seems to be a tie-in for the upcoming Arkham City, but then again, the rest of 2011 is pretty packed as it is. A downloadble game like this would slip under the radar of most gamers.
