Rumor: Capcom Booting Scorned Comic-Con Attendees

San Diego Comic-Con is going on right now. The games, movies, and comics are always a highlight for the yearly convention, and this year looks to be no different. But it looks like this year, for vocal Capcom fans, might have them being escorted out. A friend of mine on Twitter says that a friend of his who is attending Comic-Con was escorted out of Capcom territory for the day, and possibly the rest of the convention. The quote is as follows:

“So Crapcom had this man escorted out of Comic-Con for asking why MML3 was canceled and how it was the fans fault.”

It’s an understatement to say that   has had a rough couple of weeks. First came the Resident Evil 3D DRM, followed by the cancellation of Mega Man Legends 3 and the proverbial middle finger that is Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3. There’s fanart that ranges from Capcom character Servbot getting reading to hang himself to Mega Man and friends burning down the Capcom building in mourning. If this is true, it only drives home the hate the Japanese publisher has been getting recently.

My friend is trying to get the picture up, so when it does, this will be updated. In the meantime, those of you at Comic-Con be safe and watch what you say.
