New Anarchy Reigns Trailers Introduce Oinkie and Garuda
I seriously thought we were done with Anarchy Reigns playable characters. I mean, the grand total of playable characters is up to 11. That’s quite a bit for any game outside of a traditional fighting game, but Anarchy Reigns is shaping up to be anything but traditional. I’ve slacked a little bit on updating you on the characters so we’ve got a double dose of Anarchy for you today.
The first character is Edgar Oinkie, a former scientist who invented a mysterious cocktail called “The Juice,” which apparently turns him into a large, powerful swine who forgoes the signature weapons of the other characters to dominate his foes with his girth and karate. Stop laughing, I’m serious.
The second character, is more of a thing really. He is a cyborg ( yes, another one) and is completely robotic instead of the traditional half and half scenario. Two years prior to the games events Garuda was implanted with the memories of a 28 year old mercenary, because why the hell not.
He uses his signature tornado drill to rip his enemy to part using the tagline “Hide you wife, hide your husband, they’re drillin’ everybody out here.” Sometimes it just pays to know your memes.
