Nvidia Is Throwing a BYOC Battlefield 3 LAN Party on an Aircraft Carrier!!

PC Gaming is not dead. Not because Razer just announced a ridiculous $3,000 gaming laptop, but because of events like Quake Con and the GeForce LAN.
Showcasing Battlefield 3 and being held on the USS Hornet, a decommissioned aircraft carrier off the coast of San Francisco, the 6th GeForce Lan is something a true PC gamer does not wanna miss.
It’s being held from October 14th-16th and will run for 48 fraggin’ hours straight.
Better yet, Nvidia says:
The Aircraft Carrier USS Hornet is a national treasure, having participated in two of the most historic events of the 20th century—World War II and the Apollo 11 manned space mission. This is the first 48-hour LAN party to be held on the USS Hornet, and some lucky GeForce LAN 6 attendees may even get an opportunity to spend the night in the ship’s barracks or play dodge ball on the flight deck!
