Dead Island Is Number 1 With More Than 2 Million Units Shipped Worldwide

Dead Island has taken the number 1 chart position across the globe and by the end of the week Deep Silver will have shipped more than 2 million units worldwide. Dead Island has topped the charts across; North America, UK, France, Spain, Netherlands, Switzerland, Austria, Italy and more. Many retailers are reporting being sold out with copies already paid for and awaiting shipment.

CEO of Koch Media, Klemens Kundratitz released a statement today saying:

“Our new IP Dead Island has already proven to be a huge success on a global scale for Deep Silver only one week after its release in North America.
