DDO’s Vaults of the Artificers Update Now Live

Patch days are always something to look forward to, and Dungeons and Dragons Online’s latest update is live as of this morning, bringing with it a new challenge system among other changes.

Vaults of the Artificers introduces the new challenge system, which offers players repeatable quests with multiple objectives and mini-games with various difficulty levels. Challenges keep track of your highest score for those determined to improve, and reward items you can barter with to gain superior loot. VIP players will receive the challenge adventure pack at no cost, while free players will earn one free challenge per day.

Turbine has made sure Update 12 includes numerous other additions, such as the ability to rename your character’s name, surname, and your pet’s name via the DDO Store, a shared platinum bank slot and multiple class fixes.
