SwapNote Now Available In North America For 3DS

The SwapNote application is now available for 3DS owners in North America.  This piece of software allows 3DS owners to send messages, drawings, pictures, and recorded messages to one another via StreetPass and over the Internet via SpotPass.  The best part about this is that the application is 100% FREE and can be found in the 3DS eShop right now!
