OnLive Google TV Integration Delivers The Console Of The Future, Today
Announced at CES 2012, OnLive is to be integrated into Google TV
OnLive and Google recently announced that the OnLive service is coming to Google TV. This news doesn’t come as much of a surprise, considering OnLive has already been made available on Android 2.3+ capable devices.
For now, the OnLive app on Google TV is restricted to the OnLive Viewer, which only allows you to access the social features of OnLive. However, OnLive will be fully integrated into Google TV capable devices very soon, including TVs, blu-ray players, and any media streamers, making Google TV to be the first TV service to also have console-gaming without consoles.
I suppose now the only thing we all have to do is acquire a Google TV capable device…
