Tecmo Koei has revealed three new characters for Ninja Gaiden 3 and included screens and bios. The new characters are named Ishigami, Mizuki and Momiji.

- Ishigami — Officer of the External Affairs division in the Japanese Ministry of Defense. When he learns of the armed uprising in London he seeks the help of Ryu Hayabusa.
- Mizuki — Flight Officer in the Special Security Unit of the Japan Air Self-Defense Force. She takes direct orders from her superior Ishigami and accompanies Ryu throughout his mission.
- Momiji – A female Ninja of the Hayabusa Village, she is the only female oracle of the Dragon lineage. She helps the wounded Ryu to ease his curse and accompanies him on a mission to defeat the Dragon lineage’s arch nemesis, the Black Spider clan.
Ninja Gaiden 3 launches on March 20th in North America and March in Europe for PS3 and Xbox 360
