Expect More Lego Star Wars Games for the Next…10 Years?!

The Lego Star Wars games have been around for nearly seven years now, lampooning both trilogies and the recent Clone Wars cartoon. After selling over 30 million units worldwide, you’d think that the series would stop there, right? Wrong.

Lucasfilm has recently renewed its licensing deal with the Lego Group for the next 10 years. Yeah, that’s right. What can they make based on the Star Wars universe already, you’re asking? A sequel to The Clone Wars is in development, along with products based on Star Wars: The Old Republic, so you can at least expect those. Maybe they’ll do Lego Force Unleashed as well?

I would buy a completely redone version of Star Wars: Knights of the old republic, Lego style. Exact same game mechanics, minus Carth, all in Legos.
