Kojima Hiring for New Metal Gear Game

You know what they say – never say never – and this doesn’t ring more true than with Hideo Kojima. The creative genius behind Konami’s Metal Gear franchise has publicly stated time and time again that he’s done with MGS, and that the current game he’s working on will be “his last for the series.”
Now we have confirmation that Kojima is indeed working on another entry to the MGS franchise. The development team over at Kojima Productions is now advertising for job openings within the studio. Hideo is also looking for people to ”help develop next-gen game engine technology for use with the FOX Engine.”

If that wasn’t enough, a new piece of concept art has also been revealed showing of Big Boss with a dog. Yes, a dog – maybe Kojima is going the Fable route and supplying Snake with a companion?
What would you want to see in the next Metal Gear Solid game, or would you rather Kojima be working on a new entry for Zone of the Enders?
