Back when the year was still new, there was a petition circling to get Dark Souls brought onto the PC. We knew that the petition caught the attention of Bandai-Namco executives, and rumours of a summer PC release have been flying ever since. Now, it looks as though we might have a little more information. There have been released scans from PC Action, a German magazine, that seem to point to August 2012 as the release date for the PC port of the game. In addition, it looks as though the PC version will be known as Dark Souls: Prepare to Die Edition. Reportedly, this edition will feature a few new bosses, though that seems to be the extent of the changes being made to the PC version. The scanned images from the magazine [via Jin] also offer a look at a couple of the new bosses. If all this is true, it seems your PC can prepare to die this summer.
