For those who have pre-ordered, early character creation becomes available on Friday, April 13th at 7:00pm Pacific through to Tuesday, April 17th at 10:00am Pacific. While name reservation is limited to one character per account, this does offer players the chance to get the jump on reserving their name on a character which will carry over through launch. Those who have pre-ordered are also eligible for a pre-order exclusive event on Thursday, April 19 at 12:00pm Pacific.
If you’ve yet to pre-order, you can still experience TERA via the Open Beta, which begins Friday, April 20th at 12:00pm Pacific through to Monday, April 23rd at 11:59pm Pacific. Characters are limited to one per server and a maximum level of 32, but once again will carry over into the live game.
Finally, the Head-Start period for TERA will kick off on Saturday, April 28th at 12:00pm Pacific, allowing gamers a few extra days to continue leveling before the official launch on May 1st.
