Steampunk’s one of those genres that’s spawned a lifestyle for some folks. Enter steampunk console case mods. My mouth froths over awesome case mods and I’ve always dreamed of doing a cool one of my own. There’s only a few things holding me back: 1. My inability to do anything artistic 2. My lack of monetary funds or consoles lest I screw something up 3. My lack of self-confidence. As a result, all I can do is sit back and admire other people’s handiwork.
One of the most impressive steampunk case mods I’ve seen to date is Maduncle‘s. Not only is it visually appealing, but it’s non-intrusive. It doesn’t involve taking apart your PS3, so you won’t void your warranty.
