Atlus keeps on releasing the goods recently for their upcoming fighting game based on Persona 4, entitled Persona 4 Arena. This time around they’ve released a batch of screenshots for arcade mode to accompany the box art for the game, and I’d be a liar if I said they didn’t look good. Atlus’ latest is going to be released on August 7th for both PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 as a full retail release, and some retailers are going to offer an “Arranged Soundtrack” CD as a pre-order incentive. According to Atlus, however, more information about the music will be coming in the future.

That’s one of the things we really like about Atlus. A lot of their releases tend to contain some sort of bonus, which really does help sway me to pick up their games at launch. I hate missing out on having little extras most of the time. Pair that with the fact that I love being able to listen to soundtracks (I still listen to the soundtrack set that came with King of Fighters XIII), and Atlus ends up getting my money more frequently because of it. Oh well, check out the in-game screenshots of Persona 4 Arena below!
