Footy and fighting lead the first of this fall’s overwhelming release weeks. It’s only going to get crazier from here, folks.

Pick of the week: Enter the danger zone with the return of Team Ninja’s flashy fighter, Dead or Alive 5. I’ve had the chance to play this a couple of times in preview, and Team Ninja worked hard to create something that would delight fans of the series while offering new players a chance to become acquainted with the fast-moving mechanics.
