The Humble Bundle has accustomed us to offering great independent games on a pay-what-you-want basis. But the newest bundle is different. It offers a total of six games from THQ’s back catalogue for as little as $1. The best part? These are all high profile titles, that cost around $190 in total outside the bundle: Darksiders, Metro 2033, Red Faction: Armageddon, Company of Heroes (with Opposing Fronts and Tales of Valor), with Saints Row: The Third added, if you pay above the average price (currently hovering around $5.70).

Yes, you read that right. THQ, beset by financial problems, is offering seven titles from its back catalogue on Humble Bundle terms. That means you pay any amount you want for these games, with the option to determine how your payment is divided between THQ, the Humble Bundle company and charities (Child’s Play and the American Red Cross).

All titles are available exclusively for Windows and require Steam. Soundtracks are available for Saints Row: The Third, Red Faction Armageddon and Company of Heroes. If you already own some of the games in the Bundle, it will not add gift codes to your Steam inventory. The Bundle ends on December 12th.

Last, a word of warning: if you happen to live in Germany, you will inevitably run into problems with Saints Row: The Third. Due to state regulations, gamers living within the Federal Republic cannot download the game. In response, THQ offers download codes for a different version of the game, censored to be available in that market, through its tech support.
