Despite Its Absense, “Cipher Complex” Is Not Dead

There isn’t much I can really say at this point, but let’s leave it at this — the game first revealed to us all in 2006 as “Cipher Complex” is still being worked on. Those who saw promise in the early screens (like me) need to just sit tight for the time being.
