Gaming Deals of the Week: Closing Circuit City Game Discounts

Earlier this week it was announced that 155 Circuit City stores were being shut down due to credit concerns and financial problems from the electronics retailer.
Well, according to Kotaku, the 155 closing stores are placing discount tags on pretty much everything, including video games. Here are the discounts for today:
- Systems (360, PS3, Wii, DS, PSP) and their respective games - 5% off
- All game accessories (controllers, batteries, cases, Xbox Live memberships, etc) - 10% off
- “Social” games (aka Rockband and Guitar Hero) - 10% off
- PC Games - 10% off
- Strategy guides and cheat books - 20% off

Circuit City Rumored To Be Laying Off Large Portion Of Experienced Workforce…

While this may not exactly be video game, or movie, or even gadget news, it does involve many individuals who have made a career out of selling those exact items to consumers across the country.
