Age of Cybersexnan: Funcom GM Gets Axed for Administering Cyber Spanking
by Chad Lakkis on August 10, 2008

Have you ever see a fine ass night elf and thought to yourself “I’m going to make her mine”? Nice! How about a burly warrior, rippling with muscles as he reassures you that he is indeed a woman in real life? Would you take the cyberbait? One Age of Conan GM did, and now his Funcom days of employment are over.
A twisted man with way too much time on his hands duped a male Age of Conan GM into thinking that he was a female, simply hiding from the massive male population, by playing a male character in-game. He then baited the GM to transport the two lovers to a more remote location, whip out his massive sword, and have cybersex with him.
I have no sympathy for the GM. Seriously, how much of an idiot do you have to be to believe that a female is so turned off by the idea of men hitting on her in-game, and yet she is willing to have steamy cybersex with you? Take a break from Age of Conan Lester, dial up a 1900 number, and pop in a porno.
In the end the GM took the bait and lost his job with Funcom after they got word of the “sword spanking” incident. The full transcript of their cybersexcapade was posted up onto an MMORPG message board shortly after, and frankly you can go there if you want to read it because I won’t bring myself to posting it here.

The latest Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game hit seems to be FunCom’s Age of Conan: Hyborian Adventures. With already an impressive 700,000 subscribers, AoC appears to be a worthy challenger to the MMORPG throne on which World of WarCraft currently sits. I spent the past 30 days with Age of Conan and my avatar, Bewbs, chomping the bandwidth of my otherwise smooth-running PC, and I’m now ready to tell my tale. Prepare to hear the lamentations of my womens. Read more…
The Hypocrisy Surrounding Bewbs
by Dan Landis on June 18, 2008

This is apparently not an encounter most people would enjoy.
There has been a lot of hubbub recently concerning the depiction of naked female boobage in the recently released MMO Age of Conan. U.S. gamers fought to keep the nipples in the game, but now it appears they don’t want to actually see them. What gives? Read more…
