A huge week in new game releases with Kirby’s Epic Yarn, DJ Hero 2, Fallout: New Vegas, Vanquish, EA Sports MMA and lots more coming out. What will you guys be picking up?
This week’s highlights have to be Medal of Honor, Borderlands Game of the Year Edition, Dragon Age Origins: Ultimate Edition and Uncharted 2: Among Thieves Game of the Year Edition.
Some big time releases this week with NBA 2K11, NBA Jam, Castlevania: Lords of Shadow, Def Jam Rapstar and Enslaved: Odyssey to the West all hitting stores.
With Reach out of the way, lots of the big name titles are ready to shine this week. FIFA 11, Dead Rising 2, Final Fantasy XIV and Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock are all hitting stores.
Bungie’s final Halo game, Halo: Reach, hits stores worldwide this Tuesday, September 14. If for some odd reason you’re not a Halo fan, there’s still plenty to be excited about this week in new game releases.
Lots of games coming out this week including Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions, NHL 11, R.U.S.E., Tom Clancy’s H.A.W.X. 2 and some big time handheld games with Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep (PSP) and Professor Layton and the Unwound Future (DS). The summer video game drought is officially over!
Another slow week in new game releases, however, there are still a few big games hitting stores including Metroid: Other M for the Wii, Dead Rising: Case Zero for the Xbox 360 and Valkyria Chronicles 2 for the PSP. Hit the jump for the full list of new games coming out this week.
This has to be one of the best weeks in new games this summer as we get Mafia II (360, PS3, PC), Worms Reloaded (PC), Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (360) and Shank (360, PS3), just to name a few. Hit the jump for the full list of new games this week.
Kane & Lynch 2: Dog Days is the big highlight this week, while Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light hits the Xbox Live Arcade to end the 360′s Summer of Arcade event.
With the release of Madden NFL 11 this week, the fall release schedule officially begins and this first week ain’t too bad for gamers. Of course, there’s Madden NFL 11, but there’s some great downloadable games coming out this week such as Scott Pilgrim vs. the World for PS3, Monday Night Combat for 360 and, um, Enjoy Your Massage! for the Wii.
The first week of August 2010 doesn’t give us much to be excited about in terms of new game releases, however, there are a few good ones on the list including Castlevania: Harmony of Despair for the 360 and Earthworm Jim HD for the PS3.
The summer drought continues this week with only a few games being released, however, one of those few games happen to be one of the biggest releases of the year: StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty.
No joke, this week has to be one of the worst so far this year when it comes to new video game releases. The only highlights this week have got to be Limbo for the Xbox Live Arcade and Need for Speed World for the PC. That’s about it. Eh, maybe Young Thor too.
It’s pretty much NCAA Football 11 and Dragon Quest IX: Sentinels of the Starry Skies this week because some of the other games coming out are pretty lame (The Bachelor: The Videogame ???). Both NCAA 11 and Dragon Quest IX should be available tomorrow, so which one are you gonna get?
