As our own Dan Landis once said, “It’s okay to cut someone in half with your chainsaw bayonet … as long as you don’t show any nipple.” Unfortunately, Heavy rain is light on the chainsaw mounted firepower and heavy on the flesh exposing cocaine usage. Well, I wouldn’t exactly say “heavy”, but the lovely ESRB seemed to think it was enough to warrant a Mature rating.
