How to get the secret Trophies / Achievements:

Five a day – Find and shoot the five fruit bowls.

1. In Mission 1: Athens, the fruit bowl is at the beginning of the level, on the table after taking down the second guard on the boat. It is right next to where you shoot the boat for the “Greek Tragedy” trophy.2. In Mission 1: Athens, once you get to the pool area, go to the right, and before crossing the bridge, look for the table in the far right corner next to a cowering waiter.3. In Mission 3: Monaco, after the section in a small courtyard with one patrolling guard and two leaning guards, right next to the area with the two guards with their backs to you is a door which can be opened to find a piece of intelligence. Slightly around the corner is a fruit bowl.4. In Mission 5: Bangkok, after hitting a switch to open a rolling fence door is a very tight alleyway with several enemies at the end. Kill the enemies, then look on the right hand side next to two small wooden baskets and a silver trash bin to find a fruit bowl.

Chupacabra

The greatest chance of finding the Chupacabra is in Nuevo Paraiso when you are on the last tier of the hunting challenges.  When you are near the random Chupacabra spawn, a message will appear and you will be able to see the radius of its possible location on the map.

• The Chupacabra can be found in the fields North West of Torquemada. When zoomed out on the game map, the area will have a picture of three horses.
• The creature can also be found South East of Perdido
• South of Casa Madrugada, or North of Chuparosa near the river.

Unicorn

After you have killed the Chupacabra, the Unicorn can usually be found in the plains just northwest of Torquemada. If it isn’t appearing for you. Trying going to another town then fast traveling to Torquemada. This reloading of the area sometimes help force the mythical beast to appear.

Bobbleheads are such a DC thing.  In New Vegas, snow globes are all the rage.  Here are the locations of all the snow globes for the Globe Trotter Achievement/Trophy:

• Mt. Charleston Snow Globe – Jacobstown / In the lodge, search the entrance and reception area. This Snow Globe is sitting on a curved desk by some terminals.
• Mormon Fort – Old Mormon Fort / Julie Farkas has an office inside a tower at the fort. The Snow Globe is on top of a bookcase here.
• Test Site – Lucky 38 Casino / Head to the cocktail lounge and look for the cash register. It’s across from the entrance. The Snow Globe is behind the register.
• The Strip – Vault 21 / After you access Sarah’s locked bedroom, grab this Snow Globe off of the table between the two beds.
• Nellis AFB – Nellis Air Force Base / Pete’s makeshift museum holds this Snow Globe. It’s on a table in the corner under a mural.
• Hoover Dam – Hoover Dam / Search the visitor center for a terminal near two curved desks. The Snow Globe can be found on a desk here.
• Goodsprings – Goodsprings Cemetery / Near the water tower is a patch of upturned soil by a small, rectangular grave marker. The Snow Globe is sitting in front of the marker.

Indiana Jones Easter Egg - ’Nuke the fridge’

If you head south on the road out of Goodsprings (about 100 yds) you will come across a refrigerator at the base of a hill with a skeleton inside … wearing Indiana’s famous fadora.  Guess hidind in a fridge to survive a nuclear explosion doesn’t work.

The first PS3 disc-based game to support trophies is Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune, surprising us all today with an earlier than expected 1.10 patch.  The trophy support has seen a rise of interest in one of 2007′s best games, causing many a PS3 owner to boot up the game and begin trophy hunting.

Now PS3 friend lists are littered with Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune players, all attempting to acquire 48 trophies (full list can be found here) including the first allusive Platinum trophy for achieving all others. There’s now great incentive to hop into Uncharted and improve your PS3 rank.  This is especially true when getting a bronze trophy for your first discovered treasure is magnitudes easier than gaining the same for 100,000 pollen in PixelJunk Eden.

Is this the end of the begining for the PS3 trophy love fest, or is it the begining of the end for PS3 owner’s sanity.  Personally, I’d count your blessings that Uncharted was the first to be patched, instead of a lesser game, like…Lair.
