Problems Reported With PS3 2.4 Update

Less than a day old, Sony has reportedly taken down PS3′s 2.4 Update. Users on the Official Playstation Message Boards have claimed that after installing the update, their PS3 would fail to boot up.

2.4 Playstation: Firmware Update Out Now [UPDATE]

The big one’s out now.  Firmware Update 2.4 can be found waiting for you on your Playstation 3.  At last you can now access the Cross Media Bar (XMB) in-game and message your friends! Follow the link for the full changelog and find out why I’m slightly bemused.

Vegas 2 Patch Officially Released

Rumor: Xbox 360 Spring Update List Leaked

It’s nearly summer, but Microsoft has caught the spring update bug. An alleged feature list for Microsoft’s Spring update has been leaked. As per usual, there are some lackluster additions but others are huge, and if the list does prove to be accurate we will have some excellent new features being added to Xbox Live.
